SIXT Rent a Car Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

We rented a sweet BMW SUV hybrid and drove about 650 miles. We only had to fill up once, and every time we went downhill, the gas gauge actually went up! The employees were super helpful and friendly too.

I have used SIXT 3x now and every single time they have gone above and beyond. It is easy to resevere, check in and out. I have been offered a free upgrade the last 2 visits to Phoenix. I worked woth Juan the first two times and this last visit it was Andre. Both gentlemen were unfailingly kind and professional. I have always rented from one of the big national companies but they have recently lost their mind in their pricing so I took a chance on SIXT and will never use anyone else again. Hopefully they get into every airport and I can use them exclusively.

I had a great experience with them. Mind you your renting luxury cars prepare to spend the $$$$ but I loved my rental. If treated me well, great on gas I spent 6 days Arizona drove hours away and only fueled the tank in total of $60. But the customer care reps were very helpful. Better the rent through them than a third party. It will complicate your insurance if you choose to use theirs.

I rented the car and the subsequent day a message came up on the dashboard stating: "key fob battery is low, replace soon". I had traveled from Phoenix to Sedona and it was nowhere near the rental location. I contacted Customer Service and emergency services and waited a long time, only to be told that I needed to replace the battery myself. I was in a resort location and concerned about losing control of vehicle in a remote location. I was told that they would send me a video on how to do it. They never sent it to me and I had to call a second time waiting on customer an emergency road services the following day to repeat and send the video. Only after the second message did I get the video. I had to take time away from my vacation to purchase the battery and then replace it which took aw

This was my first time booking with SIXT, and the experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating—especially when my flight was delayed, as they quickly adjusted my reservation without any hassle. The process was simple, the pricing was fair and clearly explained, and best of all, I actually received the exact car I reserved. Overall, a smooth and stress-free rental experience. Highly recommend SIXT, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again.
