Rented a BMW 4 series convertible as a long term rental. Already had the vehicle for 3 weeks, everything is perfect and the pick up went very smoothly

This was absolutely the most pleasurable check-in experience I ever experienced when picking up a rental car. THE Mark and THE Linda at the Pompano Beach location were the most friendly and helpful people I've ever met which was a stark contrast to the support provided by your overseas staff via the tickets I opened via email and chat sessions within the app. For as long as these two wonderful people continue working at the Pompano Beach location, I will go out of my way to rent my car from that location. SIXT should have these two individuals provide training sessions to your overseas staff on how to treat customers. The manager Mark is a liar and a scammer. This is the worst rental company I’ve ever used. Long story short I called and confirmed that there were 4 SUV’s at the location for me to come and pick from. Once I arrived there were no SUV’s and they tried to make me change to a car. After over an hour of arguing a ford bronco was magically available. After agreeing on a price we took the bronco and left. Now when to return the vehicle the price wasn’t correct and was charged extra. Spoke to the employees and manager. Mark said that’s the price and he’s not changing it. I highly recommend going across the street to rent from enterprise!
