SIXT Rent a Car Salt Lake City Airport

SIXT knocked it out of the park (again)! I just returned from doing business with the SLC (airport) location and I cannot recommend them enough. When I made my original reservation (which was very simple), I made the mistake of selecting a vehicle that wouldn't best suit our needs. When we arrived on site to pick up the reservation, I asked the representative if there was any chance to switch to a better solution. She not only was happy to help, but she went WAY beyond the call of duty. We were able to find a much better solution with this absolute beauty. The timing couldn't be better either. When we arrived, unexpected weather blew in with a wintery mix, so despite becoming filthy (as pictured), we rode in comfort, confidence, and most importantly, safety. SIXT is a fantastic compan

Love sixt, always a great experience, rented with several different locations. No wait, no sales pressure to unnecessary charges/fees. Great interactions with staff. Always enjoy there fleet of low mileage well equipped BMWs, however this vehicle I received has multiple blemishes and minor cosmetic abrasions on sides and near trunk sill, these were not marked on the app, only the windshield drivers side a small star/ is noted. I took many photos & comprehensive video prior to leaving the property.

All I can say is WOW! Sixt for the win! I spoke with Dalen about my concerns driving from Salt Lake City to Denver in a SUV without all the safety features prior to arrival and he re-assured me that there would be a vehicle in the lot that would be equipped to make it through the winter conditions. Check-in was such a breeze with Sky who was friendly, efficient, and informative about our rental which turned out to be a BMW X3 M series. Dalen also came out to personally greet my wife and I and explained the functionality and features of the vehicle as we were privy to some when we got into it. I will continue to rent cars from Sixt moving forth; they have my full patronage and this location deserves nothing but praise. Thank you so much!

The best car rental experience I had in years. Great cars in excellent condition. I have to mention that their vehicles don’t smell too much like other companies that just use too much chemical air freshener. I’m really happy to find a new favorite rental company.

I rented a BMW 2 series and was upgraded to a 3 series free of charge as there were no 2 series available. Pick up was pretty easy although it was nerve wracking since the app was not working properly to document damages, and the car had significant scratches. I took photos to document them and notified them at drop off and was told that they may reach out to submit photos and sure enough they did. It was a bit nerve wracking hoping that they would accept the photos I took considering the degree of scratching, but the case was closed without charges. I would give them 5 stars if I could document all these photos ahead of time rather than being at the mercy of a virtual adjuster. Not to mention a lot of these scratches could be polished out quite easily.
