SIXT Rent a Car San Antonio Int Airport

This is my second time renting from here and Shanita has made my experience amazing every time I come. She actually listens to what you need for your trip and finds the best offers to meet your accommodations. The cars are always clean and in mint condition. I will definitely rent back here especially if Shanita is assisting.

SIXT was amazing! I was unable to locate my reservation for a car rental, even forgot the name of the car rental! Hubbs and I started with SIXT (shortest line), they told us we did not book with them but they have a couple of Tundra's available, for 75 a day. We told the agent our rental was 40 a day and she matched it 🥰 We were so greatful for that, because looking at the other rental lines, it looked like an hour in line with hopes of them having a vehicle! The agent, Nancy, was efficient, got us squared away in under 10 minutes! Her professionalism was top notch, no issues with our vehicle. My experience with National Car Rental was extremely negative and deserves to be publicly and clearly documented. I made a reservation to pick up a vehicle at San Antonio International Airport and, specifically to avoid issues during the early morning hours, I paid an additional amount to change the pickup time, ensuring the vehicle would be available at the newly confirmed time. This change was accepted, processed, and charged, creating a legitimate expectation that the service would be provided as agreed. I am incredibly pleased with professionalism and efficiency of SIXT Car Rental. I opted for a luxury rental and was able to check in 1 hour prior to choose my vehicle. To my surprise, they had a BMW 330 M-Sport which was perfect as it has very similar amenities to my M3. Upon arrival, I was greeted, given the key and was on the road within 5 minutes. The rental was a brand new vehicle only having 11 miles on it which was absolutely impressive. The rental return was very fast as the vehicle was checked in and was out in less than 5 minutes. I will continue to keep my business exclusive to SIXT!

Highly recommending one of the best rental agencies in my opinion. The car they gave me was a new BMW X1 with 935 miles. Everything was excellent, the pick-up, all the attention, highly recommended, and in their car park, all the cars look super new.
