Sixt was the only car rental company that was able to rent us a car without a credit card, using only a debit card, which was a huge relief. A kind gentleman at the branch helped me create the reservation, and the car was ready for us at SFO airport. Although the car we received was different from our original reservation, it was actually a better model, so we didn’t mind at all. The car had a few scratches when we picked it up, which need to be reported in their system within an hour of collection. Returning the car at the LA branch went smoothly without any issues. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Sixt and will definitely use them again on my next trip to the USA.

Orders booked online in advance, the service provided by Izzi here is particularly excellent. I got the model I expected. It was clean, brand new and full of oil. All insurance and additional items are clearly explained without any additional charges, which is a very pleasant communication experience.

Having to read few negative reviews with this location got me anxious. But what happened was actually the opposite. Matt made everything smooth and his customer service was superb! He made me feel so welcomed and accomodated. I wasn't able to get my preferred car but Matt made sure I got the best possible option. He even gave me a free upgrade. It's was a pleasant experience to rent a car in San Francisco as the location isn't too crowd and a nice place to pick up and return. I booked the smaller car but when I pick up, they only left mini vans and other luxury cars so they gave as a free upgrade to the Chrysler and I am somewhat satisfied with that. The car was also clean and no mechanical issues. No additional driver fees needed if you are an immediate relative is a plus. I would recommend to rent at Sixt if you want to be convenient and fast.
