SIXT Rent A Car San Rafael

Though they're new to the area, I have rented from this location a few times already. Fantastic experience! Newer, clean cars, no issues. Pickup and drop off is fast and easy. The staff there is welcoming, super friendly and professional which makes the whole process feel seamless. Ihab is a great guy - patient polite and confident in his delivery and truly understands the assignment!

The SIXT Team in San Rafael, California, provided excellent customer service for me today. I made errors in my rental car reservations but the staff was very cordial end helpful. They helped resolve the challenges I had to rent a vehicle from them. They were courteous, friendly and very professional and genuine. Nothing seemed artificial or forced for the sake of looking like good customer service. They were the real deal and it showed. They explained things clearly and didn't seem to mind my many questions. The San Rafael branch was incredibly helpful when the check engine light unexpectedly came on while we were traveling through the area. The team made the rental exchange seamless, and Ihab in particular was exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient in resolving the situation quickly.
