SIXT Rent a Car West Hollywood

Everything was absolutely great! Even though I didn’t have a credit card, they allowed me to use my debit card for the deposit, which was only $200 — very competitive compared to other rental places. The service was super friendly, and even without a reservation, they had a car ready for me right away without any issues at all. I honestly can’t say a single bad word about this place. Special thanks to Betty, who assisted us — she was amazing! Returning the car was just as smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a PREPAID reservation at 4pm on Thanksgiving Day last year. I got there an hour early to make sure I'm not stuck without a travel vehicle for the long holiday weekend. When I got there the rep whose name tag said THE Juan (already an indication of the level of professionalism and maturity culture at this store) told me that the vehicle class I booked was no longer available and I would have to pay more to get the next class up. He was upselling me! I told him that he's supposed to upgrade the class (which later was confirmed by the manager and all of the Sixt customer service reps I spoke too). I even offered to be downgraded since I don't need anything fancy. He refused and said there was nothing he could do because I booked through a third party

I just had a total garbage experience with this rental company. It was my first time trying them. I spent money on transportation to get to the rental office. The car I rented wasn’t available. The only thing they had in exchange was a giant pick up truck. Of course they offered to upsell me other cars for $75 per day. The attitude of the agent and their customer service person on the phone was not very apologetic at all. Getting a refund is going to be difficult because I rented through a travel site. I will never do business with this company again.

I booked a car, pick up was at 5pm. I was there at 4:59pm. I was told that I couldn't pick up my car because the system shuts down at 5pm. So then why have me pick up the car at 5pm?!?!? If thats the case, tell the customer to pick it up at 4:30pm. The next day, I call customer service. They say that it wont be a problem to change the reservation. They go ahead and cancel my previous one, and then rebook it. I later get an email that this revision is canceled. Because of this, I book it online, it goes through. Then later that gets canceled. I call customer service again, they are just like, "well I guess it's canceled because they have no cars." OH, OK. I lost a full day of travel, and now have to put thousands of miles on my car, lowering its value. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE CARS, DON'T ALLO

Most professional experience I have ever had. Nate went above and beyond to help us out with our rental car. He is an absolute legend. Will hire through these guys again when I’m back in LA
