Easy to get in and out of plenty of options. They gave me a car from the app and when I was checking out they had the wrong name on the reservation. Slight inconvenience but they got me out of there in less than 5 minutes anyway.

Clean and efficient rental center with easy access from the airport terminals. The AirTrain connection is quick, and most rental counters are well-staffed. Returning the car is straightforward, and signs are clear even during busy hours.

So what they don’t tell you is once you reserve the car online that pretty much starts your time for your reservation . We received the keys around 9 PM and when we return the car three days later at 9 PM they said that we were two hours late but we did not physically get the keys until 9 PM.. so buyers beware . just know that once you reserve online or even if you pay online that will start your time once you pay or reserve, even though you do not have the keys or the car . I have never experienced this with enterprise .

Great service, truck we got was perfect. Easy to reserve online and the Alamo staff were super helpful and polite when we got there.

Picked up a car here recently and the location is super convenient. Everything is in one centralized facility at the airport with each rental car agency in a different floor unlike any other airport i visited.
