SK Mechanic Professional Auto Repair

Got me in with no notice, had to cancel, called for another appointment the very next day, got seen the same day. These people are awesome. They're very thorough and very good with customer service-y things. They had no problem explaining things to me or printing extra inspection reports when I asked. My family has 4 cars and we always take them there. They're pretty reasonably priced. I always get quality work done there. Plus you don't have to play telephone with some customer service rep at a dealership mechanic to get an answer. The guy at the desk is an actual mechanic.

This was my first experience with them. They were referred to me by someone who has been using them for years. They Know what they are doing, and they will keep you informed of any issues. They are upfront with their prices, reasonable and honest!! They will not try to “sell” you on having additional work done. It was a very positive and satisfying experience. Brandon and his team are awesome! Thank you for doing a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact, I already have.

My thermostat was failing, but it was intermittent and affecting my AC. Because of bad info I gave SK, they recommended NOT having them do a $160 diagnostic test and just keep an eye on the engine temp should the check engine light return. I greatly appreciated their honesty and them trying to save me money. Later that day I realized the AC still wasn’t working properly and they got me in immediately. They worked with my warranty company and were able to get 2/3 of the bill covered. My car was back and running great in 24 hours. Cannot recommend SK Mechanics enough!

The guys at SK Mechanic are great! Professional and thorough. The work needed was completed timely and at a very fair price. They outlined recommendations for additional work with no pressure. Great service from SK Mechanic, freindly and fair on qoutes. Always had an issue with my emissions system and had it looked through twice at the chevy dealer but never really fixed it. Noise was still there, I know they here it but never did a thorough check. But SK did, even did me solid of saving me alot and now the rattling noise is gone too. Awesome job!
