Not impressed. These folks were contacted by Roadside assistance to come pick me up and tow my truck from the side of the highway. After I was notified and given Skinners phone number, and told he would be there to pick me up in 60-90 mins, I reached out to verify that he was ok to tow my truck 72 miles. No answer. I tried to call back 3 more times over the next 25 mins. Then decided to just wait for him to arrive. After 2 hours of waiting, I called Skinner again...no answer. I called Roadside assistance back, waited another 35mins. Only to find out Skinner had changed his mind and did not want the tow job. All while I sat on the side of the road. I sat for almost 5 hours for what shoud have for what should have only taken 2 at the most!! (My truck was 20 miles from his shop) Horrible
