Joyce Kirk is married to Skip's brother. They are going through a divorce. She refuses to bring her car back to be finished and the inside was nasty when it came to the shop
They repaired hail dents and primed but now won’t do the painting and finish the job. They left dirt and grime all over the inside as well.
