I went to Skip’s for the 1st time for my annual inspection. My 2017 BMW failed the inspection because of a leaking right strut. They were to call me the next day with a quote, but instead called to tell me that the repair requires some special equipment they don’t have, so I should try a dealer or specialty garage. I really appreciate their honesty with this situation.

Try to make it seem like I was wrong by leaving a review because I didn’t like the fact I didn’t pass inspection? i’ve failed inspection with my older cars before and never once left a negative review! The reason I left that review was because your worker(s) were rude and very unprofessional NOT because I failed inspection. I was not looking for a blind eye just respect and professionalism.

They got me in for a same day appointment. They were punctual and answered all my automotive questions. Everyone was extremely friendly from the front desk to the mechanic. Their prices are more than fair and they are an honest shop. I will be back for sure.
