It all started when I hit a pot hole, bent rim and need rims and tires. I got some OEM rims and some tires that fit. The team made me aware of the wireless tire gauges and the factory specific about my tire size. I came in with rims the tires where delivery, and they installed them, handles great and looks awesome thanks gentlemen.

Woke up with a flat tire on a Friday, Andrew was able to check me in and I was able to catch a Lyft to work while my car safely stayed at Skip's. By the end of the day this tire would have been low to the ground and I would be driving on my rim. Skip's took care of it and after work, my car was ready and I was able to move on to start my weekend. Grateful for the service, thank you!

I needed new tires for my 2017 ford mustang. Employee Andrew recommended which tires would be appropriate for my car. I was able to take advantage of a sale benefit with the particular purchased brand tires. The installation happened that day. Employee Jay called me to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up; in at 9am out at 2pm as promised. I love my new tires with my improved new ride! Thank you Andrew, Jay, mechanic who worked on my car and Skips! I have been coming to Skips since the 1970s with my various cars for their Tire Service. Skips has always been reliable, honest, and supportive with their business practices for me. Yay Skips!

Scheduled appointment on 2/3 for tire rotation and complimentary vehicle Inspection. I was notified oil was low and recommended an oil change, which I agreed too. I was notified when my vehicle was ready made it back to the shop and paid for the service. Walking to my truck l noticed a large puddle of oil. Went back to the counter notified representative. We went to the truck and seen the oil puddle. Management was notified truck was put on the rack and inspected. Oil filter was replaced when tested with engine on oil spilled out onto the floor. Manager said he was going to order a different oil filter. New filter was installed and working. My concern, was the truck tested and Inspected after repairs. R. Thomas

Called ahead time for a nail in tire, Andrew said bring in my vehicle, this was around 2:45pm, I showed up at 3pm. Andrew said they would get to it as soon as possible. So I came back around 5pm, asked if my vehicle was ready, Andrew responded was not yet, i asked do you know when you will, his response was we get to it when we get to it will be done before we close. They close at 6pm, i got my vehicle at 6:20am, I can't believe this guy is a manager for this company, no customer service skills, very rude, I lived in this area over 30 years always bought tires here for all my vehicles (4 cars and 2 trucks), i currently need new tires, i bought my kids new tires for thier vehicles here , I recommend this place to my staff at work and other people in my company (fortune500 company), I'm ve
