From the moment I called there was friendly smile in their voice.. To the trip from out of town to Sky Auto Mall, they kept in touch via text messages. I was greeted at the door by TJ! Every single employee including the GM stopped by and spoke to us, made us feel welcomed and asked us how we were doing, they joked & laughed with us, made sure we were comfortable while we were there! Highly recommend this dealer! I had the absolute best experience with the entire team 😊 Went down there trying to get approved by myself and when they could approve me it was a better approval with a cosigner, not only did they have me come back 2 days later so they could get the banking information figured out on their end without me having to wait hours or possibly not at all that day, I came back two days later and they listened to exactly what I wanted and got the PERFECT car for me. I came in for Valentines Day miracle, and believe thats what I got. They gave me way over what I was expecting for my Trade in (2008 Ford F-150 with 273,XXX miles). Then we had the ability to amicably negotiate a deal with the help of Dominic, Kareem, and TJ. They were willing to make a deal and got it to happen. The customer service and professionalism was exceptional. I believe I know where I will be going when its time to replace my other car as well!
