It's that time of the year to swap your car off the lease and I landed at the Sky Auto, Newhall. I received a phone call from Tiara who took down what am looking for, followed by a call from Zach. I was in need of a new car, something that fit my family and my budget. Hunter greeted us at the door and was very sincere towards me and my family. Him and Zach talked about what options my budget could handle and talked me through a few various options. They didn't talk over me or talk to my husband only, which made me feel important. While the paperwork was being filled out, Hunter was very nice and converse with us not treating us like another sale. He was kind to our kids and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. First time car buyer! I purchased my high school dream Subaru WRX and it was a great experience. I worked with Greg and Zach who did an outstanding job helping me get the price I wanted on the vehicle. Shoutout to Greg who explained all the paperwork for me and was extra insightful and personable during the whole experience! FYI, make sure you double check the vehicle listing to see if the $1K trade-in discount and the $1K financing discount are being "pre-applied" to the total price. Also, they add 2 services to every vehicle that are difficult to negotiate around if you don't want them. I was very disappointed in the experience, this was my dream truck, which is why i think I wasn't as focused as i should have been. First off they way low balled my trade in, they offered me 17,000 when their own site said it was worth 20-22,000, which on their own site that is what they say you will get. This was a truck they used at Sky and had 5,000 miles which they said had upgrades that would be added on to the price but never told me how much until i called and asked the next day only to find out they charged me5,000 for a tonto cover and running boards, but when i looked up the price it was under 2,000, so I figure right there was a 5,000 dollar upcharge and when i called and asked Zach the next day all he would say was that i agreed to the numbers.
