Sky Auto Towing

My mother just had her car picked up to go to the dealer for repairs, by this towing company. The driver, I know I'm not going to get his name right but I think he said Royce. He was FANTASTIC!!! He went above and beyond to get the car out of the garage and onto his truck. The whole time being nothing but nice, friendly and professional. The peace of mind that he gave to my 90 year old mother, with his determination to figure out a way to get the car out of the garage, is priceless!!! This man deserves a raise and the boss should probably buy him lunch!!! I almost never give anyone five stars, but Royce deserves every one of them and more!!! Also, I apologize if I got your name wrong.

Grateful for this amazing service!! Called on Labor day and Mark was there to get me within an hour!! He also diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes of arriving and towed me 40 miles home for a reasonable price!! Highly recommend this towing service !!

Tonight my car was in an accident and I tried to use 2 other options before I found Sky Auto Towing. I called and the customer service was excellent I was immediately connected to one of their drivers he gave me his eta which was 16 minutes. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Was very professional, quick and efficient. He dropped my car off at home and even helped us park it. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This evening I received excellent service from Mark, a member of your staff. He was kind, talented and most importantly went the extra mile to ensure I was safe and back on the road again quickly. After an exhaustive search for jumper cables he returned and started my car in no time. I am very pleased with the service and next time when stranded I will contact Sky Auto once again. My Mercedes Benz axle broke around 3am in the Morning I call Sky Auto Towing and Mark got their 3:20am and tow my car to the Sky auto mechanic shop. Mark it’s a excellent tow truck driver he was patient he told not worry the car will get work on the same morning when the mechanic get their at 9am. Mark also got to in a timely manner I did have to wait to long.
