Purchased a vehicle in which they did not disclose it was in a bad wreck and the entire frame was bent. They said they would take care of it of tags and title- 60 days past and they still did not transfer the title in which is illegal as you have 15 days in ky now they do not want to pay for tags or title after I have a separate receipt for tags and title -
