We just purchased our first brand new travel trailer from freedom RV. We looked at all the big places and were scrutinized so badly that you were made to feel like a criminal. However, when we went to freedom, we were met with such a wonderful greeting we were given the freedom to look around the time and attention to be educated on the trailer that we were looking for. We also were fortunate enough to meet the owner of freedom RV who agreed to meet with us back the very next day no pressure we needed 24 hours to think about the decision we were making and he agreed to meet us and he was actually there before we got there. Great buying experience. Josh got me a great deal on a trailer that suited my needs and the finance department found a good rate. Service did a great job getting the rv ready on short notice. Definitely will be back when I choose to upgrade.
