Slappy's Express Car Wash - Bryant Irvin

hey so, i’ve been a monthly member for quite awhile and have gone to this carwash every time i needed a wash. i have had no issues up until 2/19, where the machines malfunctioned and took off one of my mirrors clean. i brought up this issue to workers and they made me file a claim. 3 days later i was sent an email telling me to be patient with them. 5-6 days went by with my mirror being duct taped to my car with no response so i followed up with emails. since then i have gotten no response, call or voicemail. i believe these actions from the management team here were very unprofessional. instead of owning up to the damage the machines caused to my vehicle, they have ignored the situation. i hope this reaches higher management as i need this resolved immediately.

My husband went to get a a car wash and vacuum it out. He reported fine customer service, and a good car wash/vacuums. However, a month later, we were charged an additional fee on our account without being informed of the reason for the charge. We had to call and were told we signed up for additional membership services, even though my husband recalls NEVER being told about the subscription fee, only that he could put his name and phone number down to skip the line. Would have given this place five stars, but no refund for a miscommunication and mistake on their end is pretty disappointing. Be careful if you go here!

Well it's the day before Thanksgiving and it's cool and beautiful out side ,so like always I took advantage of the is weather and went to my Amazing car wash to wash my car. I always have a nice experience at this car wash and one of the biggest reasons is ,I get to run into one of there Amazing employee ,Ms. Wendy ,she is always so helpful, respectful, and professional. She always coming through cleaning and stocking the things we need for the full experience. THANK U SLAPPYS FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE MS WENDY. You rock friend Happy Thanksgiving

This all the complementary extras here like the compressed air Machine that’s helps you get into all the little cracks in your car. The staff was helpful and friendly when I had a question about the solution that was in the spray bottles. We got a Free ceramic wash to try them out and now we are signing up for a membership. We will be back and tell our friends and family l.

I feel really bad that I even have to leave this review. The way I was treated though when I presented what happened to my car was purely unacceptable. It made me think of someone being in a police officers present and being interrogated. I tried telling Miss Wendy that when I bought my new 2025 Kia K4 EX that there were no signs of damage on my car. I had surgery hadn't drove it for a while had other things going on I came up to wash it noticed this what happened my broken frame which is flimsy but it was still broke up and the hole in the grill broke all open. I didn't think twice that it would have been Slappy's. So time went on, still came to Slappy's.
