Worst car wash and service!!! Beware!! They did not tape my rear wiper and it broke, a couple days later the company email me and did not take responsibility. The vacuums were not even on that day either.

*Buyer Beware* I have had a membership with Slappys for over a year. The Bryant Irvin location was always better but the white settlement location is closer to home. This past Sunday I went through the car wash, they didn’t tape my back windshield wiper like they have always done. I go through and come out and my windshield wiper is broken. I speak to an employee by the name of Kel who fills out an incident report and says this has been happening because they ran out of tape to tape the wipers down. He then retrieves a piece of the broken wiper from inside the wash and tells me the manager will get in touch later in the week after reviewing the cameras. Fast forward - we don’t hear anything until today via an anonymous email saying they are not at fault and a review of video footage reveal

They don’t accept cash 💰…Cash is King. It always will be. I refuse to support cashless businesses. If we don’t push back then they think it’s OK. Fuel city car wash is not only cheap cheaper but they also do a hand dry and hand applied wheel Close and they prefer cash. In my opinion. Best car wash in town is at fuel city.

I signed up after being told my monthly rate would be $23 after the trial, but I’ve been charged $34.99. I’ve tried calling and emailing to get this corrected, but haven’t been able to reach anyone. Additionally, the window cleaner sprayers have been broken for over a week. I hope management improves communication and maintenance, because right now the experience doesn’t match expectations.
