Slappy's Express Car Wash - Presidio

My truck was dusty so I took it here for a wash.. After getting the top of the line Ceramic wash, my truck was still dirty and had bug splat on the grill. So I ran it through again but it's still dirty.

I really like this car wash and have a membership here. The staff is usually friendly and the service is convenient. Unfortunately, back in November my car was hit when another customer drove through without putting her car in neutral and passed the worker’s instructions. It wasn’t the car wash’s fault, but I’d definitely recommend everyone be extra careful and follow directions closely. Overall, I still continue to use and enjoy this location.

Great, new carwash. We were happy with the wash and self-vacuumn. Will return to this location.

I love this place! Great auto car wash. This place is clean and well kept every time we have visited. Lots of space for each vehicle in the vacuuming area with compressed air, cleaning water for windows, and plenty of rags. Last time my kids and I were there I had a flat tire and the manager, Cj, helped me replace it with my spare. I cannot say more good things about this place. Plus my car always gets a good clean.

The wash takes care of the body but misses spots on the tire shine. Never had a problem since they opened until now. Manager Louis abruptly approached me and said “Next time have a little more patience when the wash stops.” Me: “Excuse me?” He repeats himself and “You didnt have to honk. It stops all the time.” Me: “You should be approaching me to apologize or see if I am okay. I am claustrophobic and was 30 seconds away from having a panic attack.” “Well you didnt have to honk” Me: “But no one came up to me. Yall are slow with no customers so I didnt know if yall even knew.” He refused to give me his Managers nor Owners name and told me to look up corporate phone number on the internet. I hadnt felt so shocked about customer service ever. This location lost a customer who manages 4 veh
