Had a hard to pinpoint water leak coming into the front of the passenger area of the car. Contacted Joe @ Slate Valley Automotive on a Wednesday he scheduled us to drop the car off within two days. Turned out the car had multiple leaks coming from potentially three locations (sunroof, windshield, roof lights) Joe patiently kept us informed throughout the entire trouble shooting process and successfully resolved the issue in a timely manner. We could not be more satisfied with the professionalism, knowledgeable staff and overall customer service we received throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Slate Valley Automative. We are extremely happy to have such a solid auto repair shop in our community.
They charged my credit card $274. For a part that was refunded.They Said i was getting a refund and instead charged my card 274 charged me more money. Over $500 for a part was refunded stole money from me. One star too much. Horrible customer service. They will take your money and rip you off. Tell them the parts you need ask for a price doesn't matter. He yelled at me,never been treated so terrible at any place. Do Not go there for anything. Worth the drive to go anywhere else. Not there dont get ripped off. And so rude.

Purchased a used transmission from Slate Valley for one of our customers. The transmission price was fair and it was in great shape! Two of their guys loaded it in my car for me, and they let me check it thoroughly while they waited. So far, there have been no problems with the used transmission. We have been very pleased with the service we received. In addition to being happy with their quality and professionalism, I saw that they also sponsor a section of highway and regularly clean litter from the roadways. To me, that speaks volumes of their character. We appreciate their hard work, on the roadways and in the shop, and we look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
These people are dishonest! Gave me a set price over the phone then charged me more for a tow! Dishonest, rip off artist
