Had rotors put on March 31st of this year and they’ve already warped. Had to get rotors AGAIN. Have anything more challenging than an oil change done at your own peril.

I asked these guys to do a clutch job for me. It was only supposed to be a few weeks and then I’d get my car back. Well every week, I’d call and get a different excuse from Art( their head mechanic). After 5 months, I called and asked what the easiest way to go about getting my car back would be. He told me to just bring in my own parts so he didn’t have to order them and wait on them, and he’d have it out the next week. Another month later and I’m calling everyday asking where my car was and how much longer. I picked the car up from them the last few days of August 2024( with a couple new leaks from hasty work) and now January 2025, my car is having the same issues. They won’t help me out with it bc they didn’t supply the parts(I waited months as stated earlier and didn’t buy my own part

My first appointment was exceptionally fantastic. I went in to get 4 tires put on that I provided and the a 4 wheel alignment. He found a bad ballpoint and a torn axle boot. My bill I figured was going to be out of sight expensive. In my opinion it was very reasonable. I waited for the vehicle to be done knowing it would be a long time. I only live 2 blocks away, so about 3:30 I walked home, but was offered a ride because I have to walk around an extra 2 blocks to get home. Woody told me he would stay until my vehicle was done which was about 6:10. Everybody was very nice in what could have been a very awkward situation. Woody made it ear to me that he does not like to give out big business like mine was almost $500, but because of his respect for his customers he did not charge me all of
