I had an absolutely awesome experience purchasing my new truck. The entire team at the dealership was easy to work with from start to finish. Everyone had a great attitude the whole time and made the process smooth and stress-free. They helped me out anytime they could and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate the way they handled everything and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Great people, great service, and a great experience all around!

The owner Sam is a shady dealer. Beware of this conman. Sold me a 2017 F-250 with bad tierod ends, and a check engine light that was cleared before I got there. Which came on shortly after I left. He then tried to make light of it. He offered to take the truck back I wanted, "No problem." Which told him I would bring back as soon as possible which would be Wednesday, we were speaking on Monday. Once I found out Tuesday I was able to cancel the financing and get out of the truck I did so immediately. This made him angry and he charged me $1 per mile I had put on the truck and held my trade-in hostage forcing me to pay under threats. They also left my trade-in turned on with the key out. Almost as if they were trying to kill the battery before I could get there. (Photos and videos included)

Sam was great to work with. The vehicle was as described, allowed to to have someone come check it out of my behalf as I was traveling from out of state to buy. He picked my up from the airport and let me take my time going over the vehicle and test driving it. There were no surprises, vehicle was as nice if not nicer than was described. He made sure I was aware of any imperfections. I will definitely keep them in mind when I am in the market again.

Sam, Madison, Jackson and Hudson (when I returned with a question), spoke to me with respect, and with genuine concern, making this purchase a good experience. They were kind, and patient with my endless questions, and answered them all. I was treated to a thorough demonstration of the vehicle. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Madison handled the paperwork with professionalism, and explained thoroughly every document before I signed them. They assured me I could call with any further concerns. I want to offer my deepest appreciation for making this best vehicle-purchase experience I have ever had.
