Honest repair shop that refused to work on my bike if it didn’t need the repair. They spent the time with two mechanics inspecting my motorcycle before making a determination on the necessity of repairs. The quote provided for the potential repair was also honest, 1/3 the price of a comparable competitor. This price difference was because they estimated what maintenance may be necessary, not quoting a full replacement of everything without an inspection. This place has my business as long as they remain open.

Dear Eric and Chris, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible service you provided me on Friday night. My motorcycle broke down at 5:30 PM, just 30 minutes before your shop closed, and yet you guys went *WAY* above and beyond to help me out. Not only did you spend hours assisting me, but you even drove me 20 miles to the U-Haul place to secure a van to transport my bike back to Indianapolis! Helping me load and secure the motorcycle, despite it being close to 9:00 PM by that time, it was truly unbelievable. Thanks to your amazing help, I was able to get my motorcycle back home the very next day! Sleeping bear saved us. My buddy and I were riding the coast and hel listbhis back tore in the middle of nowhere. Sleeping bear picked us up, changed the tire, and had us on our way in a couple of hours. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. These guys rock! The vacation plan has changed a little but we will still finish our ride thanks to them!
