Made my appointment to be first in at 8am. Did not get out of there until after 12pm. 4+ hours for an oil change and inspection is ridiculous, especially when I was there for the first appointment time. Do not get any service/maintenance plan from them. I was told over the phone that my items (oil change, brake fluid, air filter, tire rotation) that came up on dash for routine maintenance were all covered. Once I was there they tell me the ONLY thing covered was the oil change. I have 28K miles and they tried to sell me on a transmission fluid change (which would have been $200+) and other items that would have put my bill in the $700 range!! Crazy. Brought my 2019 CRV with 56k miles here because my dashboard was lighting up with all kinds of warnings and failures; tire pressure sensors failure, collision mitigation failure, cruise control failure, brake system failure, power steering failure, etc. No issues with drivability. I get a video about one sensor meaning it’s the timing belt. They checked and it’s stretched. I wanted a 2nd opinion. They said okay. Can get it in the morning. I call at opening the next day. I can’t get anymore to give me answers and was just getting “someone will reach out.” Therefore I go up at lunchtime. I get explained my lack of oil changes caused this timing belt issue. Not even 60k miles and I get it changed twice yearly. I said I can’t afford $7400 for a timing belt. please do the other repairs; batt

They were great! and even when FedEx lost my parts they were able to get me a rental car on them so I can continue my daily routine. Thank you Patrick!

I always bring my car home who better to get the job done. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. You always get details of what was done to your car and a video explanation of the issue/update. complementary ride within 5 miles and constant text and communication. Spacious waiting area if you need to stay.
