Could not recommend to anyone EVER. They do not accept anything other than cash payment in 2026, and overcharge through the roof. They applied a lien on my driver's license from an event over 5 years ago while I was serving my country and want me to travel over 5,000 miles from my duty station since they refuse to accept anything other than cash. This business is not military friendly nor friendly at all. Again, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! On top of all of this the employees here are incredibly unprofessional, they use profanity AT customers. I truly hope this business does not last the year, by far the WORST experience I have ever had to suffer through.

My car’s controller arm broke off and left me stranded on the side of the road. It was a Sunday so I didn’t expect a lot of companies to be open. Sly picked up right away and he was very courteous and professional. He got a driver out to me right away and they got the car home. The driver was very nice and respectful too. Very happy with their service. Would recommend them to anyone in the Orlando and Central Florida area for towing.

The worst towing company ever and horrible customer service!! They surprised me with a $360 charge for 14 miles distance ($4/mile). When I asked to reduce my bill and take off some non sense fees and overcharge the lady was so rude and said that she can't do anything about it and that it's not illegal to have contract with the police department because the reason I ended up there is when the officer said if I call them myself it will be free of charge. Stay away from this place!!

BOLO - Aggressive Reckless Tow Truck Driver W/M Full thick long facial hair. Florida Tag “E0083E.” Red cab, flatbed tow truck. Tonight while traveling south bound on hwy429 around 1900-1930hrs, I had the pleasure of being tailgated/following too closely(FSS), being continuously honked at, and flashing of inside window white light bar at me. This driver worked really hard at trying to intimidate me and other vehicles to move out of his way. He also did this to an 18 wheel Amazon truck. He continued this Aggressive driving pattern of behavior until we passed exit 8/WesternWay. While he was in the left lane AT the 192 exit he decided to cut over multiple lanes of traffic and drive me and one other vehicle off the road, while we were approaching the exit from the proper right lane.
