$1000 dollars lost Took a promaster van for work in March because the heat/AC was not working correctly. Priced quotes seemed reasonable. They had to fix the actuator and that involved getting in behind the AC/ dash panel. Welp, at pickup the stereo system was completely blacked out. Nothing would turn on with any of the buttons or the touch screen display. I took it back and they said the (Pioneer unit) was broken. It was working perfectly fine when I took it in. But now they were saying it was broken. I took it down the road and paid $150 at a car audio shop (Sound Sensations) to pull everything out again and confirm that it was just required incorrectly at putting it all back together. Oh well, at least it wasn’t $600 to replace the unit. Remember this was March. Now it’s November

I was very sad to have to leave my last mechanic due to a move, and chose this team due to their proximity and customer satisfaction. Still, I was nervous when it came time to bring in my cars. From start to finish, front to back of the shop, I could not have had a better experience. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. SM Autoworx recently did a pre-purchase inspection on a car my niece was considering. I went with her to get the inspection and I was so impressed with everything about this business! The employees were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the waiting area and office were super clean and organized! If the business pays that much attention to those first impressions then I know they will take good car of my car! I wish I lived closer to Marietta so SM Autoworx could be my regular car repair shop!

The honesty & integrity that they showed me today was like nothing I’ve ever experienced…& I will forever take my vehicles there. I was told by a different mechanic that my Audi needed to have the control arms replaced prior to having the alignment done or that it would just continue to mess up. It was going to be pretty pricey, but so was continuing to replace the 2 back tires every few months. When they got the Audi in the shop & up on their racks, they started to question what I had been told. After further investigation, they concluded that the control arms did not need to be replaced, at all, & in fact, it just needed the alignment done…costing me 1/3 of what was originally quoted.
