I took my wife's suv here and it was cleaned so well, that they exceeded my expectations. It's so clean, that it looks like a newly purchased vehicle. My wife is so happy. This car hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in years so Kendall estimated it would take an hour and a half, but his team worked an additional 30 minutes to do an excellent job. I'm coming back with my car next.

I wanted to support a Black-owned business, but unfortunately, this was not the one to support. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. 1. **Arrived 1 hour late** to our appointment. 2. Upon arrival, **demanded $125 of the $250 total** as a “deposit” before even starting. I refused, stating I would pay when the job was complete. 3. He became irate, raising his voice. 4. He then told me he had somewhere else to be anyway — clearly indicating he planned to rush my job to meet other obligations. He was completely unprofessional. See his text to me when I voiced my concernes. I’m so glad I trusted my intuition and didn’t hand over any money. I can’t speak to the quality of his work because we never made it that far. Terrible experience lazy workers also and they tried to rip me off. All did was spray my car down with ant repellent never cleaned the outside or the inside of my car. It also took them 2hrs and mid way through they tried to say it was done and their boss caught them lying wouldn't use them. Very unprofessional and terrible job.

Excellent service and fair price. Will definitely hire them again.
