SM Tire

I was heading home to Sacramento with my son and 2 pups when I noticed that we had a nail or something in one of the tires. We had spent a few days in Pismo Beach. American Tires was going to be at least 3 hour wait! SM Tire took us in right away. I was impressed with their speediness and friendliness. I would highly recommend them for all your tire needs. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely and fast.

The service at the SLO location is outstanding and the price was competitive, so I will definitely be doing business with these folks again. I needed five new Goodyear tires for our diesel pusher motor home to match the sixth one which had been replaced previously while on a trip. I was very impressed with the tech who worked quickly, but carefully and had us headed home in three hours. He even hand torqued each wheel instead of relying on just the impact gun. The entire space (even the shop area) is very clean and well organized. For me, the condition of the bathroom is a real indicator of attention to detail and theirs is sparkling.

I have been using SM Tires for several years and have had great experiences. The only problem I ever had was when I asked them to do an oil change on my Jetta TDI, which I usually do myself. They did not follow my instructions and overfilled it. (In their defense, I am really anal about my cars.) Otherwise, they have great prices and great service. I do lots of comparison shopping and they always come in below Tire Rack and Costco.

This location I can say is very professional and fair priced! They have always been quick to help patch and rotate tires, and do other tasks on short notice and help out our business vehicles as well as our personal!
