Great UHAUL rental experience. Used the UHaul app to rent the night before, as this place was the only place that had the trailer I needed. He had it ready to go first thing in the morning. Great customer service and bonus points for the sweetest pup ever, she deserves a raise. Will be back for my next rental!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer and it was a surprisingly easy experience. I’d looked around a bunch of different places and was stressing about their prices and procedures for a solid month. I finally found the cutest Mazda at Smart Choice and went for a test drive. Kevin was very upfront, personable, and understanding! He definitely went above and beyond to help us with the process. It’s been a little over a month and I’m as in love with my new car as ever. It wasn’t in perfect cosmetic condition but we got a good price and she runs great! I definitely recommend this place!

We found Kevin to be honest and fair, and no pressure or trying to talk up the car. Our daughter is very happy with the car she got from Smart Choice. The car was in outstanding condition, a real find, and at a good price. It basically sold itself. Kevin made no promises as to whether anything would go wrong in the future, as anything could happen to any car with higher mileage such as this one, so one needs to take negative reviews concerning future problems with more than a grain of salt. Smart Choice will be our first stop for future needs.

A friend of mine had an earlier reservation for a U-Haul Truck at a different location that we felt was very sketchy side of town, and so we were driving around and googled U-Haul authorized locations and found this place. Long story short, the manager/owner was very helpful at canceling the other reservation and was very pleasant and helpful to get us going. Highly recommended!

Best customer service by far. Kevin and his dog, Moo Moo were very accommodating, personable and helpful. They had the truck ready ahead of schedule! Kevin was the nicest person.
