Warning!!!!! Find another Ford dealer!!! Absolute worst Ford dealership I have ever encountered. As a long time Ford owner, I expected more. I was sold a lemon riddled with problems that literally was smoking from under the hood 39 hours after purchase. Sold a warranty that said (after the fact) the dealer should have never sold me the car in the condition it was in and wouldn’t fix my car. The GM, Will, screens my calls unless I call private and have someone bring him the phone. I was told he would only fix 2 of the numerous problems by the same techs who did it wrong from the jump - absolutely not qualified to work on European cars. Mark the sales manager promised me a loaner but Will said all have magically been sold so no loaner. I live 4 hours round trip away. So Id have to pay an hu
