Smart Hyundai

Absolutely the worst place to have warranty work performed. They lie like dogs and try to blame everything else, instead of fixing the issue. Had to call corporate and no company should have their customers forced to call corporate to get something done.

So this is completely unrelated to purchasing a vehicle, but there are some amazingly kind people that work there. My charter bus carrying 40 middle schoolers broke down on the interstate adjacent to their dealership and it was 90 degrees. Chris, Quinn and others immediately started throwing cold bottle waters over the fence and ditch to us, drove up two cases of cold water later and used two SUVs to deliver some of my students to a local church. I am forever in their debt for helping so much on one of the scariest days of my teaching career.

Absolutely amazing service. Marcus the service manager was so attentive and figuratively held my hand through the whole process! Never missing a beat. Abner worked closely to ensure all my needs were met. They were both great! Thank you Smart Hyundai for your wonderful service! I will be returning for all of my Hyundai needs.
