Smart Motors Used Cars

The buying and trade in process was super easy. I traded in my vehicle for the value I was looking for and was happy with my new used car purchase. *But buyer beware if you are purchasing from out of state* Here is what happened to me: Smart Motors uses a 3rd party company to file any paperwork for out of state titles and registration. I was told during the purchase of the vehicle that I would receive the registration within 2 weeks since I was transferring my plates. Once that did not happen, I started to ask questions. I was told that they needed to apply for an expedited title to speed up the process. Okay great no worries, should receive the registration within 4ish weeks now. At this point, my temporary plate from them was expiring (1 month has gone by) and they had to issue me a n

My fiance and I purchased a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid from Peter, who was extremely friendly, helpful, communicative and professional. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and Peter made the process seamless and easy — and he was not pushy at all either! A wonderful experience overall.

**EDIT*** It took some back and forth, but they eventually ended up taking the areas apart that were rattling, cleaning them, and stuffing them full of noise dampening stuff (which worked!). I appreciate the service manager/director who took over to help get this resolved. Upgrading my review to 4 stars to reflect the poor experience but good resolution. Bryan was very helpful with the buying process and I’m very happy with my purchase!! I never felt like they were trying to push a sale and he was very communicative through the entire process. I even appreciated the walk through after purchasing the vehicle to help go over all the details that comes with my car. Definitely recommend looking for a new (or used) car here!!

I had a great experience at Smart Motors and Bryan Hernandez. I had been looking to replace my old car for some time. They had a few cars I was interested in looking at and test driving. While I was test driving the cars I was interested in, I never felt pressured to make any decisions right there. I had some time to think about it and go over numbers before deciding on what I wanted. Bryan was always available to answer questions and was very accommodating. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle.
