I ordered a $500+ magnaflow direct fit cat for a bmw from them, waited several weeks for it to be manufactured, installed it, and found magnaflow didn't completely weld the flange so it had an exhaust leak. They told me I could either take it to have it welded and they would reimburse me or I could take the whole thing off and return it to magnaflow for them to try again. I had it fixed and submitted the invoice for payment and was told they would only cover 2/3 of it and nothing more. I patiently waited weeks for them to try to get magnaflow to make it right, but ultimately I was told they were unwilling to lose money, but had no problem with me losing my time and money.

It's unfortunate that this company uses Its customers as guinea pigs for, what appears, beta parts with minimal and limited warranty. Then when the parts fail, wash their hands and leave it to the purchaser to eat crow and pass along to the customer. Gotta love the integrity. Keep up the good work!

My go to distributors for my Exhaust shop, the best sales reps great inventory, anywhere from cheap junk to good quality American made Exhaust gear . The prices for Catalytic Converters are better than any other place, don't take my word for it , do your own research , they have been around for a very long time. Easy going staff, they replace any manufacture defected parts no questions asked.

This place is dirty and very unorganized. Customer service is very rude. Don’t recommend
