Buyer Beware: Deceptive Practices and serious issues I purchased a 2013 Infiniti JX35, advertised as all-wheel drive. However, the vehicle was NOT as described; the owner even admitted the rear drive shaft was missing, a critical lie. This has led to extremely dangerous driving conditions, including tire shredding due to bowing, making the car incredibly difficult to control and not safe to drive. Furthermore, the clogged catalytic converter makes the vehicle barely drivable. The severity of these issues is truly alarming and has directly impacted my ability to provide transportation for my disabled, nonverbal son's medical appointments, as I cannot leave town safely. Will never return or recommend to ANYONE! We are repeat customers, and just purchased a truck from them. The day after driving it off the lot the check engine light came on and in the first week we had to put over $150 into it. Not even 3 weeks after having our truck, the whole transmission went out, and when I called to see if they could help us in any way, Tom acted like he was confused as to why I would be calling and asking them to help make it right! So now not only do we owe $15,000 on a p.o.s. truck they sold us, we have to come up with another $6,000 for a new transmission!

Well as of today 2-2-26. We stopped up and looked at thier 2012 ford escape. They want a little higher in price but good enough for us to drive up from angola to take a look. After getting there and looking at the car it was all rotted out and body filled with cardboard still stuck to the inside of it. So I cant say they are a bad dealer or anything but hiding this was like complete shit. The jacking point on drivers side rear was completely rotted away. Just take a very close look at everything before you are going to purchase. Climb under neith and get dirty. Ur gonna be paying for this stuff for a couple years just make sure it looks like its worth the money

I happened to stop in to look at a vehicle not realizing the dealership was still open. This turned out to be a good thing I met Tom and we talked about the truck I was originally looking at and he was kind enough to point out another option on the lot and took time to show me that truck as well. We stood in that lot talking for a while about more than just the trucks I looked at on the lot. I am more than happy with the purchase and with the experience overall.
