Smith Auto Parts (Visalia)

12 month old battery from Smith’s/Napa. Smith’s shrugged their shoulders and said “you need a new battery”! No credit for the 12 month old battery. You decide. Is this normal? Why would you buy something at Smith’s, when they won’t back up their products? I would give zero stars if I could. My grandparents were also from Visalia and this is not the Visalia they believed in! :-(

1 star cause I can't even get anyone to answer the phone. No please hold, I am assisting someone. Just ringing ringing ringing for 5 minutes and online says they're open till 7pm. If its wrong they need to update it.

Amazing as always :) great service and parts on hand or easy to get. The ladies there are very helpful and polite, a lot of respect for the 2 women working the counter.

Well it's just too small. the prices aren't too comparable and if you're not really looking for something specific it's not a good place to go to shop just look around there's only a few aisles but it is clean the people are very very nice that's about all I can say for it.
