Found a part online that I needed for my son's car. Ordered online and was contacted by Kent, following up on the order. Confirmed they had it and he would advise when it shipped. Kent contacted me as promised but advised the part was damaged during removal and expedited a full refund. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity. I've dealt with others who would have sent the damaged part and blamed it on the shipper. That methodology may not have cost me anything monetarily but it would have cost me time. Because of their honesty in letting me know what happened and with the speed in which they refunded me< I'll definitely keep them on a shortlist of trusted suppliers.
