With their stellar reputation, I didn't check out the vehicle as much as I should. Yes, it runs fine, and I trust it to hold up for a few years. But I would have asked for a lower price had I known. They only cleaned the parts of the interior you can see at first glance. Dead bugs in the console storage, no big. Candy, wrapper, & soda stuck to the fold down cupholder, ew. Some sort of liquid under the fold-up seats? I thought it was stained, but they just hadn't even tried to clean it. :-\ The front passenger window doesn't work. It rolls down fine, but gets off track when rolling up. The worst though is that because they only had a valet key, every time you unlock it & open any door, the car alarm sounds until you put the key in the ignition! I didn't buy a car yet but the employee are very courteous and helpful. I feel like they would really work with you on down payments, payments etc. I know they tried everything in the world to get me into the car I wanted. Was very pleased and recommend them.

The Smith's are hands down the best car guys in the business. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Scott and his team are amazing people and want to do everything they can to help you out!

Very rude! We bought a truck from them and the very next day we kept smelling gas fumes inside the truck, so we took it to lynn Layton ford and they put it on their machine the problems were with the spark plugs and a coil pack. So I went back to smith motors to see if they would help with the cost of the repairs that came to over $700 and of course they refused so I would never recommend them to anyone! Nor would i ever buy from them again! Greedy ass people!!!
