Buying my first vehicle here was a really smooth and pleasant experience. The staff worked with me every step of the way, kept me informed, they were patient and kind when I changed my mind to a different vehicle they had on the lot and made the whole process VERY easy. A couple days after I purchased the car my check engine light came on, but they got me in right away and took care of the issue for free and with no hassle! I really appreciated how quickly they handled it and how patient and helpful everyone was!!! Highly recommended to buy a car from 🌟

I was very happy with my recent vehicle purchase from Smith’s. The whole process was very easy from start to finish. There was a radio issue with the car and they fixed it free of charge even though I didn’t purchase a warranty and signed an “as is” purchase agreement. I feel there is usually a negative stipulation towards used car dealerships but I certainly didn’t experience this with Smith’s. Very professional and friendly staff. I definitely would buy another car from them and would certainly recommend them!

I've been going to Smith's Auto Sales for the past 15 yrs to buy cars. When I want to purchase a car and deep dive into researching what's available and doing comparisons between cars and other dealerships, I always end up going with Smiths Auto. You just can't beat the quality and value you get there!! Excellent customer service. They are always very accommodating and they have good, reliable vehicles priced below competitors. I highly recommend checking them out for your next purchase. They have a location in Clarion and one in Rimersburg. Updated- They took great pride in addressing my issue that I had below and am completely satisfied. Thanks again for everything! Overall a great experience and would love to leave a 5 star review, the only exception to being fully satisfied is I still do not have a key fob for my car. Bought a 22 Elantra March 3rd under the impression I could go to the other location to have it made. I was told they are out of stock and don't know when they would be back in. Now granted this review is being shortened and there were calls in place to both locations. I do understand that if this is the case and it may very well be.
