A disturbing experience with a local dealership's service department prompted us to seek a second opinion for my husband's GMC Sierra 2500HD Duramax. The dealership had supposedly replaced the fuel filter on two separate occasions; however, a subsequent inspection revealed that the filter was still original, despite being charged for the replacement TWICE and was estimated 30,000 to 60,000 miles over due.
