Got 4 tires and inspection deal. Came back for the inspection a month later and they said they can't do it and I have to replace my tierods cause they are frozen. They never tried/ or planned to do a proper full alignment on the vehicle. They were just going to adjust the basic front control arms and call it a day there are about 10 other bolt locations that need to be aligned on any SUV. They didn't even try to apply heat to break the nuts loose on the tierods. Didn't even try the double wrench trick. Lazyazz's. Never got a refund. Dont need just know you lost a longtime customer. I'll go home and use string and pb blaster on the control arms and same mapgas. These guys are a joke, and every other tire is plugged with a nail. They sell tires to people who don't even need tires just taking

Went in for an alignment. Came out the steering wheel was off center, I called and had them go back in. Came out the same way and they said something was wrong with the ball joint. Idk if they expected me to pay them to "fix it" but I took it to my actual mechanic and he said that there is nothing wrong with the ball joint and they screwed up something with the alignment during the process putting my steering wheel off center. I have gone there for many tires in the past but Im going to be going somewhere else from now on.

Came in for 4x new tires, mechanic pointed out shot rear brakes. I figured I would have them do 4x brakes and rotors as they had the tires off anyways, as well as an oil change and an alignment. Mechanic gave me a discount for all I was getting which was appreciated. Drove it off the lot to the brakes squealing. Brought it back, mechanic mentioned it could be dust shields behind brakes. He also mentioned the parking brake might be causing issue. Not a big deal, they adjusted and I drove off lot again. I checked the parking brake and found it no longer worked or held the vehicle while in gear. Mechanic told me it was fine and he couldn’t move vehicle with it on in neutral, so I got out, pushed it across the lot and he took it back in to tighten it up. We did this three times, me leaving, t

Purchased 4 used tires about a month ago. One of the tires started leaking air a few days ago. I took it to another tire shop and they informed me that the tire had a hole on the shoulder area and couldn’t be repaired. Upon investigating the tire, I found that the tire was patched from the inside and the patching had came off. That’s what was causing the tire to leak air. So I was pretty much sold an already repaired tire. I mean I know these are used tires, so I don’t expect them to be in perfect condition. But the tires should not already have holes in them. Especially at the price I paid smh. And when I called them, they stated that they don’t provide warranty’s because he can’t provide to me what’s not given to him. Whatever that means! Thankfully I went to the one on Main St in Wilkes
