Im not sure how theres so many five star reviews on here. It's as if there is only one person that works in the whole shop. Ive had my vehicle (which i made an appointment for) over three weeks ago and it hasnt been touched. Evertime i drive by it sits in the same spot. Sometimes they'll answer the phone sometimes they wont. But best believe they wont contact you you have to contact them. And even when you try to contact them sometimes the ENTIRE SHOP is closed. No mechanics, no one in the office, nobody. Its 2026 who still closes an entire business for lunch unless they have like two employees. And if you have two employees maybe dont lie about appointments. Take what you can handle instead of making me waste three weeks on a car i need in 10 days

I am traveling over 4 hours because Smith's is the only place even willing to do the work on my F150 other than a dealer(broken manifold studs), glad my son in law grew up there and knows them! Spencer worked on my wife's VW several years ago because again he was the only one wiling to do the work after checking every foreign car shop within 2 hours of my house. It is worth driving 4 hours to get the repairs done right the first time!

If you want unbeatable prices honesty and trustworthy people to work on your car Smith Service Center is for you. They do not up charge you like most garages do. The honesty is the most important take away from my experience with them. If you need any work done or inspection done please take your car or truck to them. By far the best garage I have ever dealt with in the past and I will be coming back.

Very thorough, knowledgeable, kind folks! I was recommended here after getting the run around on my VW and they knew exactly what the issue was and resolved it. I won’t take my car anywhere else again. Highly recommended!
