Scott and his team will go out of their way to ensure you have the right repairs, parts, and pricing to ensure your vehicle is back on the road for the safety of your family. We now take both our vehicles to Smith's and would recommend them to everyone we know.

I've had only great experiences here otherwise why would I keep coming back? I'm a very low income guy and their prices and especially the level of detail with keeping me updated, with pictures, and the care of the actual work to the point of me never going back to the dealership that sold me the car. They never did any of the things Smith's does! Oh and Smith's gives me a loaner car and my dealer only does that if I have a credit card for a deposit! What? Won't even accept cash deposit! Try these guys and you'll be glad. You're Welcome!

Eric saved the day! I had just changed the battery on my key fob and it wasn't working. After I tried troubleshooting the issue, replacing the original failing battery, and getting my car unlocked and started, I was able to stop at Smith's Service Center. A quick visit with Eric at the front desk and he was able to fit the new battery and reassemble the key fob correctly. Now it works! No charge for my user error -- Happy Holidays! Thank you to Eric for fixing the issue and getting me back on my way!
