Amazing service from beginning to end, Patti and Sandy at the deck were so helpful in every way! And Victor even introduced himself and almost made me feel like a human being! The work done on my car was exceptional and they even gave it back to me and had it all detailed, I would definitely recommend them! I was very happy with their service and workmanship!

They took the time to explain the process to me, answered any questions that I had (which were a lot), fixed my car in an efficient timeframe and it looks like new again. I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom. Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.
