Smithville Tire

Smithville Tire's customer service is absolutely incredible. I had an issue on a Saturday morning and reached out for an appointment. They were able to accommodate me immediately. That morning, I ran into an issue with my air compressor at home and James came out to get me enough air into my tire to make it to the shop so he could fix it. I cannot recommend them enough.

I had a tire that kept leaking air and Discount Tire couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Smithville Tire quickly discovered it was the tire stem! They fixed it in 5 minutes at the end of their workday. All the guys were nice and professional. I will be going back instead of DT in Bastrop!

There I was walking down the road after my truck tires decided to go out flat, didn’t even had a dime on me but I stopped here just to see if they happened to have any stock for when I got payed, they had some, & without knowing i had no money the owner threw two loaner tires on there until I was able to get something worked out, didn’t even charge me to put the loaner tires on. Not only that, the shop is clean & organized and the lounge is even better & they do stuff right, I’d consider it a great shop but even better people.

They promptly and professionally installed new tires on the truck. I will certainly continue to purchase tires from Coop and his wife in the future. Great local business.
