We had a quarter panel repainted because of a small rust spot. Initially the shop did not want to take the job, because they don't offer rust repairs. Upon inspection of the size of the rust spot however, a repair was offered and carried out. The rust came back within a year after the repair. When asking about a workmanship warranty we were told rust is excluded from any warranty and that cases like these are why the shop does not offer rust repair. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience for several reasons: - It was not communicated nor written down on the quote that the rust would possibly reappear in such a short time. We would not have spent $1300 had we known this. - Why was the repair offered if the outcome was clear to the shop? - The paint match on the repair required seve

The took care of my car when I needed to replace the side door. Great work. Staff was friendy even picked me up when the car was done.

As always the staff at Smitty's was very easy to work with. They repaired all of the damage on my vehicle as if it never happened. They handled everything with the insurance company including making sure the correct parts got on my vehicle and making sure the money was there to get my vehicle repaired correctly and quickly. This is why I have brought all of my vehicles here in all the years I have been driving anytime they have needed body work. Even though I have moved out of Bethel two towns away I will still continue to bring my vehicles to Smitty's since they do such a good job and they are so easy to work with. Thank You!!

My car was recently in an accident. I called smittys and they were extremely kind and took my car in to fix almost instantly. They worked with the insurance and fixed my car to make it brand new again. I’m thankful for their help and kindness. I must say it was such an easy process. They took care of everything for me. Glad to have a great auto body shop in town. Would use again!!
