SHame I had to even give this place one star, as it certainly does NOT deserve it. So, buying a car is supposed to be a happy experience, right? Well, my experience has been a complete nightmare, and I am truly sorry I ever bought a car from this place! Once this place, particularly JAMES OSBORN IV, the salesman, got their money, it all went downhill!!! I have had the car almost two months now, and believe it or not, STILL waiting for the title as I need that so I can get the registration and tags and inspection for my car!!!! Keep getting the run around from James, that is, of course, if you can even get him on the phone!! I have left several (16 to be exact) messages for this man and he has not given me a single courtesy of a reply!! Maybe he is sleeping on the couch like he was the
