I would not trust him to fix a tricycle much less a car. He's shop damaged my transmission when he did a flywheel change costing me over 4000dollars. He's shop use to be good but don't take responsibility when they mess up. first of all it was not 6weeks it was 14 days and I actually talked to you in person and said you damaged 1t then you went to Mexico a week later so this is not the first time you are hearing about it. When in for flywheel change and it came back out with damaged transmission. 2 weeks later. I have witnesses in fishtown that will attest to this and a receipt showing 2 weeks. When I told you about it you said you were going on vacation for 2 weeks to Mexico just before Thanksgiving. Had to wait 2 more weeks to get my key back off you cause you were in Mexico. Never had

Tom was very very helpful! He took the time to hear our problem and although he was busy for the next days, he gave us advice what we could do to find the issue and possible solutions. After we investigated the issue further, we came back and he took a more thorough look at it and we finally found the issue. He was even kind enough to bring a diagnostic toolkit the next day, so we could verify the findings. Really rare to find this kind of mechanics. Would recommend 100% without doubt. Even the guy from the AutoZone told us, that Tom was an amazing guy.

Stopped by in a pinch on my way out of the city with low air in my tire. The mechanic was super nice and helpful! he was able to plug the tire with the few bucks of cash i had on me right there on the spot. Couldn't be happier! Honest workers!

Great work done fast and the price is fair too. Well under competitor's quotes. They replaced a radiator, a/c compressor, power steering cooler, etc. on my Lincoln Navigator. Huge job that was done in one day! I highly recommend this shop.

My best friend and me were on a Roadtrip thru the states. We had bought our van in New York and before Boston we had a problem with the engine. It wasn't running on all 8 cylinders and we had a lot of vibrations when going above 15 mph. After trying numerous workshops along our route. We made it to Philly. After a few attempts at different workshops we found Smittys Auto Repair which was recommended to us by an other workshop who didn't want to work on our van. After speaking with Tommy (Owner) he asked us to check for a few things ourselves because at the time he was to busy to look at it.
