We had a great experience! I needed a last minute repair done and they were able to accommodate immediately. They were very transparent with price, time to get it done, and other recommendations for the car. Super super friendly, very helpful and an overall great experience. Will definitely be using them for all of my future car repairs

I got an oil change there, and everything went fine. They seemed to be fast and personable. Then the following week my engine light came on and I ran diagnostics to see the problem -- pressed for time, I decided to take it there to get it done instead of doing it myself. Wrong move. The markup on basic parts is astronomical. Cost me nearly 1,000 to change out 4 engine coils and 4 spark plugs. I declined changing out the "really filthy" (his words) engine air filter for 42.00(!). So when I went to look at the filter (which was apparently completely fine the week prior when I took it in for my oil change) what is pictured was what was in my car-- it wasn't filthy at all. I called Smitty's early this morning, Saturday 12/20 with an unexpected needed repair . I explained my problem and was told they would take care of it if I could get the car towed in early ( they close at 12pm on Sat) ..I called AAA ( kudos to them too) they got a truck here and off to Smitty's. My car was repaired before 12 pm for an amazingly fair price and I am back to completing my holiday shopping and prepping ! I can't express how grateful I am to Smitty's for their great service !
